Detailed Description
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group trial for adult and adolescent subjects with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) and
associated pruritus whose disease is not adequately controlled by topical treatments.
Inclusion
- Informed consent
- Male or female
- 12 years of age or older
- Chronic atopic dermatitis for at least 2 years
- Documented recent history of inadequate response to topical medications
Exclusions
- Female subjects who are pregnant or lactating
- Body weight of less than 30kg
